In this role, you will manage each security team and be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Acting as a liaison with target clients (conducting communication via face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and emails).
Providing ongoing support to clients (prompt and professional responses to client requests and inquiries).
Handling contract procedures (such as contract signing).
Managing documents requested by clients (such as creating Standard Operating Procedures).
Overseeing projects and coordinating internal and team efforts.

Management experience of 5 years or more.
Proficiency in both Japanese and English at a business level or native level (guideline: TOEIC score of 800 or above, JLPT N2 or above).
PC skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Chat).
Currently residing in Japan.
For foreign nationals, possession of a visa without work restrictions in Japan is required.
More than 8 years of professional experience.
More than 3 years of experience in security and surveillance.
Preferred experiences and skills include:
Ability to identify and understand customer needs and requests.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Relationship-building abilities (able to establish good relationships with a wide range of members including clients, headquarters, and team members).
Excellent communication skills.
Experience handling foreign clients.
Sales experience in English.
A spirit of challenge.
Passion for the security industry.
