Previous experience in event security or a related field, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Proven leadership skills and experience in supervising a team of security officers.
Strong understanding of crowd management techniques and security protocols for large-scale events.
Knowledge of local regulations and laws related to event security, as well as industry best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with event organizers, venue staff, and law enforcement.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with the capacity to make quick and effective decisions in high-stress situations.
Physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods, as well as the flexibility to work non-standard hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Valid security license or certification as required by local regulations.
Additional certifications or training in crowd management, emergency response, or related fields may be preferred.
Proficiency in operating security equipment such as two-way radios, metal detectors, and CCTV cameras.
