High School diploma or equivalent; additional training in security or customer service is preferred.
Previous experience in a receptionist role or security role, with knowledge of access control procedures.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse individuals.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with good problem solving abilities.
Flexibility to work various shifts.
