As a Safety Specialist, you are entrusted with ensuring the safety and well-being of employees within the workplace. 応募条件：

Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, industrial engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications may be preferred.
In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and standards, such as OSHA regulations.
Strong understanding of workplace hazards and risk assessment methodologies, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Experience developing and implementing safety policies, procedures, and training programs.
Ability to conduct safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate safety-related information to employees at all levels of the organization.
Attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in relevant software applications for safety management and reporting.
