Proven experience in instructional design, training delivery, and curriculum development, with at least X years of relevant experience.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
Experience conducting needs assessments, evaluating training effectiveness, and making recommendations for improvement.
