Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications may be preferred.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles, with at least 3 years of successful track record in achieving revenue targets and acquiring new clients.
Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, with the ability to develop and execute effective business development strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on closing deals and driving business growth.
Analytical skills and the ability to gather and interpret market data, identify trends, and capitalize on opportunities for growth.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software, with the ability to track and analyze sales data and performance metrics.
Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
