  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing and Operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.

  • Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities, adjusting sales strategies as needed to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; additional certifications in sales or security management are a plus.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software, with the ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

  • Knowledge of the security industry and related services is preferred but not required.

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
