Requirements

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, with demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with visitors, staff, and management.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.

  • Knowledge of office equipment and systems, including telephone systems, fax machines, and photocopiers.

  • Familiarity with security protocols and procedures, including access control and visitor management.

  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with excellent problem-solving abilities.

  • Flexibility to work non-standard hours and respond to on-call emergencies as needed.
