You will assess the training needs of site personnel, develop training plans, and deliver training programs to address skill gaps and enhance job performance. Requirements


  • Previous experience in training and development, instructional design, or related roles. Experience in delivering training programs in a corporate or industrial setting is a plus.

  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and engage learners. Strong presentation skills are essential for delivering training sessions.

  • Ability to build rapport with trainees and establish a positive learning environment. Strong interpersonal skills are important for facilitating group discussions and addressing individual learning needs.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple training projects and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Willingness to adapt training programs to meet the needs of diverse learner groups and accommodate changing business priorities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications. Familiarity with training software and multimedia tools for creating engaging training materials is a plus.

  •  Ability to identify training needs, analyze learning gaps, and develop creative solutions to address them effectively.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to develop and deliver training programs that meet organizational objectives.

  •  Continuous learning mindset, with a commitment to staying updated on industry trends, best practices in training and development, and emerging technologies in learning delivery.
