Requirements
Proven experience in training and development, with at least 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
Experience developing and implementing training strategies, policies, and programs to support organizational goals and objectives.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of training professionals.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and execute training initiatives on time and within budget.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Ability to analyze training needs, evaluate training effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions to improve training outcomes.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a fast-paced environment.
